Loam is a movement of compassionate and creative activists who strive to support one another as we find our footing in the heart of the climate crisis.

From publishing vibrant print publications to facilitating immersive workshops, Loam's constellation of creatives is committed to building a better world through arts-as-activism.

Adam Loften

Adam Loften is a director, editor, cinematographer, and producer for short documentary and VR films that highlight pressing social and environmental issues. His award-winning films have been featured on PBS, National Geographic, The Atlantic, Emergence Magazine and The New York Times. Adam is currently focused on launching The WisdomVR Project, a living library of immersive cinematic experiences and an open-source, global educational platform.

I am incredibly lucky to call Adam my partner and co-parent.

Kalliopeia Foundation

Kalliopeia Foundation is responding to a global need that is emerging across cultures: to take spiritual as well as physical responsibility for our common home. Our programs and those we support are rooted in the understanding that ecological, cultural, and spiritual renewal are interdependent. We partner with individuals and organizations who create and hold a space where pressing, contemporary issues can be engaged through this holistic lens.

Weaving Earth

Weaving Earth Center for Relational Education provides nature-based education for action at the confluence of ecological, social and personal systems change.

All of our programs: Are nature-based, dedicated to equity, justice and social responsibility, strive to cultivate deep connection to nature, self-love, and community service to protect both people and the planet.

Lea Thomas

Lea Thomas is a web developer and creative consultant with a focus on the collaborative manifestation of ideas into form.

She is a songwriter, textile artist, herbalist and founder of All In All Apothecary, a boutique line of wildcrafted herbal offerings.
